MISSION & VISION
MBSK-SF confronts the cumulative adverse childhood experiences that have had intergenerational effects for communities of color in San Francisco, particularly for African Americans, and for justice in-risk and public housing youth and their families, in service of increasing the number of safe, economically mobile, and self-sufficient black and brown youth (ages 16-24) in the City.
WHO WE SERVE
We serve communities of color in San Francisco, with a particular focus on African Americans, and on justice in-risk and public housing youth and their families.
WHERE WE'RE HEADED
We are currently in planning mode around moving the work forward, including the consideration of developing a youth advisory in order to create space for youth perspectives to inform the direction and outcomes.
